Victoria Jean Williams Cox
Age 50, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was born on January 8, 1975, in Bogalusa, LA, to the late Otha Williams Jr. and Evelyn Hall. She was the youngest of five siblings.
Tori loved spending time with her family, dancing, and going camping. From a young age, she enjoyed riding horses and had a lifelong fascination with dolphins. She also loved flowers, with her favorite being the orchid. Her kind heart, free spirit, and joyful smile touched everyone who knew her.
Tori is survived by her loving companion of 26 years, Jody Cox; her children, Eron Williams, Levi Cox, and Tristian Cox; her grandchildren, Kenley Williams, Lil Eron Williams, River Cox, and Brayden Cox; her sisters and their husbands, Karen and Joe Wheat, Joy and Jimmy Martin, and Rhonda and Patrick Beall; and her nieces and nephews, Glen and Bethany Seal, Lee and Evelyn Applewhite, Brittany and Blake Lam, Hope Williams, Hilary Casey, Liza and Joshua Forbes, Jimmy “Dylon” Martin, Cody and Emily Beall, and Stony Beall.
She was preceded in death by her children, Dancy Jo Cox and River Wayne Cox; a grandchild, Allissa Williams; her parents, Otha Williams Jr. and Evelyn Hall; her brother, Mike Williams; her maternal grandparents, Vera Mae Capers and Kjell Lyngstad; and her paternal grandparents, Otha and Audrey Williams.
A celebration of life in Tori’s memory will be held at Bogue Chitto State Park, Pavilion 2, on November 15th at 2:00 p.m.
Tori’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
