Lucille's career was sparked by her charismatic presence, notably catching the eye of her boss at Alber's, where her journey began with a simple wink. Her profound love for children inspired her to open her home to them, creating a nurturing and loving environment that many cherished.

Her hobbies included playing cards, gardening, and cooking, each of which she pursued with joy and enthusiasm, sharing the fruits of her passions with friends and family alike.

Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Linda A. Agness; son, Scott R. Campbell Agness and his wife Alice; grandchildren, William "Jamie" Agness (Jerilyn), Jason R. Agness, Jessica L. Agness, Robert C. Morris, III, Tracy L. Morris Nielson (Brad), and Katie M. Row Agness; along with seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, James W. Agness, daughter, Kathryn M. Morris and her husband, Robert C. Morris, Jr., her parents, Bill & Marie Campbell, and her brother, Reed R. Campbell, affectionately known as "Babe."

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, to honor Lucille's memory and share the stories that shaped her remarkable life.
