SCUSA operates www.simplecremationusa.com, an online platform that allows users to arrange cremation services through a network of independently owned funeral homes and service providers across the United States.

Pricing & Payments
Prices shown represent the service price set by the selected funeral home or vendor unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed at the time your order is submitted. Any refunds are the responsibility of the funeral home or vendor—not SCUSA.
Independent Service Providers
SCUSA acts as a technology platform connecting consumers with independent funeral homes and vendors. SCUSA is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or products provided by third parties.
Risk of Loss
All services and items are provided pursuant to the selected service provider’s terms. Risk of loss and responsibility transfer according to those provider agreements.
Intellectual Property
All website content, software, logos, and trademarks are owned by WE, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the site or software.
User Content
If you submit content (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant WE, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content. You represent that your submissions are lawful and accurate.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SCUSA and all services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” WE, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from your use of SCUSA will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only (no class actions).

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law.
